1. Introduction

Welcome to Panda Boutique, a home and garden brand based in Lebanon. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, our online store, and any related services (together, the “Services”).

We will acknowledge receipt of your order by email (if provided), but acceptance of your order occurs only when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or violations of these Terms.

3.1 Pricing & Currency

Product prices displayed on the website are currently shown in US Dollars (USD).

We aim to ensure prices and product information are accurate, but errors may occur. In case of a clear pricing error, we are not obliged to fulfill the order at the incorrect price and may contact you to confirm whether you still wish to proceed.

By providing payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen method and that the information is correct.

3.3 Store Credit

As specified in our Return Policy, approved returns are refunded as store credit, not as cash or direct card refunds. Store credit usage and validity are governed by the Return Policy and Payment Information pages.

4. Product Information & Availability

We strive to describe products accurately and to present images that reflect real colors and details. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing changes.

Product availability is subject to change at any time. We do not guarantee that any product shown on the website will be in stock or available for purchase at all times.

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products without prior notice.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Panda Boutique ships both domestically and internationally, as detailed in our Shipping Policy.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return Policy sets out detailed rules on eligibility, conditions, and procedures for returns and refunds.

  • Eligible returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order, in line with the Return Policy.
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original condition, including original packaging, intact tags, and proof of purchase.
  • Approved returns are refunded in the form of store credit, not as cash or direct payment reversals.
  • A 5 USD restocking fee is applied to each eligible return and is deducted from the store credit amount.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping for both domestic and international returns.
  • Certain items such as customized items, perishable goods, and gift cards are non-returnable.
  • If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item, as described in the Return Policy.

In case of any conflict between this section and the detailed Return Policy, the Return Policy will prevail.

7. Promotions, Discounts & Coupons

From time to time, we may offer promotional prices, discounts, coupon codes, bundles, or other special offers.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or coupons.

Promotions are valid only for the period specified and while stocks last.

We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at our discretion, without prior notice, where permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panda Boutique and its directors, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Services or purchase of products.

We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, wars, pandemics, transport disruptions, or failures of telecommunications or internet services.

Our responsibility for defective products or services is limited to, at our option, repair, replacement, or the issuance of store credit in accordance with our Return Policy.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them, your use of the website, or any order with Panda Boutique shall be governed by the laws of Lebanon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You agree that the courts of Lebanon shall have exclusive or non-exclusive jurisdiction (as you prefer to define) to resolve any disputes arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services.
