Shipping policy

1. Overview

Panda Boutique offers reliable shipping for all its products within Lebanon and to selected international destinations, balancing speed, care, and cost-efficiency for every order.

2. Shipping Regions

We currently ship to:

Domestic:
Lebanon (local orders handled by trusted local shipping carriers).

International:
Selected countries across the Middle East, Europe, and North America.

Address Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes in certain areas. A full physical street address is recommended to avoid delays.

We deliver all over the world through international shipping carriers.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Our delivery times are based on two components: order processing time and shipping transit time.

Order Processing

  • Processing time: typically 1–2 business days from order confirmation before dispatch.
  • “Business days” exclude weekends and official public holidays in our operating country.

Estimated Shipping Transit Times (After Dispatch)

  • Local orders (Lebanon): approximately 1–5 days.
  • International orders: approximately 10–20 days, depending on destination and customs procedures.

Kindly note that shipping times may vary due to customs processing and other factors beyond our control.

Important: Orders that include bulky furniture, oversized items, or outdoor sets may require additional handling and coordination. As a result, delivery time for these items may be longer than our standard delivery estimation.

4. Shipping Fees

Our goal is to make shipping fees reasonable and transparent. Because shipping rates depend on destination, order size, and courier charges, kindly refer to the following guidelines.

Domestic Shipping (Lebanon)

A flat delivery fee of $4 applies to all orders within Lebanon. For large-volume orders, delivery charges may differ based on the delivery location (Beirut or outside Beirut).

International Shipping

As per the carriers companies prices which work on international standard fees depending on weight, dimensions, and packaging.

5. Order Processing Time

We prepare your order as quickly as possible while ensuring careful handling of each item.

  • Typical processing time: 1–2 business days before dispatch.

Please note that processing may take longer during peak seasons, sales events, or public holidays.

6. Shipping Partners & Tracking

To deliver your order safely and efficiently, we partner with reputable carriers:

  • Domestic shipments (Lebanon): handled by local shipping carriers.
  • International shipments: handled via international shipping carriers.

Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared automatically via email once your order has been dispatched.

7. Delivery Schedule

Delivery days and times can depend on carrier operations and destination.

  • Domestic orders: delivered from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • International orders: approximately 10–20 days, depending on destination and customs procedures.

8. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel (for example, if you are unavailable at the address or contact details are incomplete), their standard failed-delivery process will apply.

If a re-delivery attempt is needed for your domestic order, we will gladly reschedule it for you at the earliest convenience.

The delivery department may return the order to their department and hold it for a maximum of two days. If the delivery is not completed within this period, the order will be returned to our company so we can coordinate with the customer and arrange a new delivery schedule.

If the customer receives the order and chooses to return it at the time of delivery for personal reasons, the delivery fee will be charged.

However, if the return is due to an issue from our side, we will resend the correct order with free delivery.

9. Special Cases

Some products or situations may require special handling or longer shipping times.

Kindly note that bulky or oversized items, such as furniture, outdoor sets, or other large products, may require special delivery arrangements and could have extended delivery timeframes.

Delays may occur during high-volume periods such as major sales campaigns, festive seasons, or adverse weather conditions.
