Refund policy
1. Overview
At Panda Boutique, we want you to feel confident when choosing our products. This return policy explains in clear terms when and how you can return items purchased from us, while helping us maintain high product quality for all customers.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Our policy covers most home and garden products sold by Panda Boutique, including furniture, storage and organizers, home décor, kitchenware, bathroom accessories, textiles, and seasonal items, as long as they meet the conditions listed in this policy and are not classified as non-returnable.
- To be eligible for a return, all of the following must be true:
- The item complies with the return window described below.
- The item is unused and in its original condition.
- The item is in its original packaging, including any inner packaging or protection.
- All original tags, labels, stickers, and barcodes are intact.
- You can provide a valid proof of purchase/receipt from Panda Boutique.
Product-level rules currently in place:
- Customized items made specifically for the customer cannot be returned.
- Perishable goods cannot be returned.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
- Items that do not meet the condition requirements above will not be accepted for return.
- This policy applies to both local orders within Lebanon and eligible international orders, subject to the return shipping and fees section below.
- 3. Return Window
- You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
7-day period is calculated from the delivery date

4. Return Method (Refund Type)
Panda Boutique issues store credit only for approved returns.
- No cash, bank transfer, or direct card refunds are provided.
- Your refund will be issued as a store credit / voucher that you can use on a future purchase from Panda Boutique.
- The amount of store credit may be adjusted for restocking fees and any non-refundable costs, as described in the fees section.
5. Return Conditions
To ensure items can be resold and to protect product quality standards, all returns must meet these conditions:
- Unused: The product must not show signs of use, installation, washing, or wear.
- Original Packaging: All original product boxes, protective materials, inserts, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Tags Intact: Any labels, tags, or barcodes attached to the product or packaging must remain in place and unaltered.
- Receipt Required: A valid Panda Boutique receipt or order confirmation must be provided.
Additional financial condition:
If a returned item does not meet these conditions, Panda Boutique may decline the return and arrange to send the item back to you at your cost.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items which are on sale cannot be returned due to their nature or for hygiene and safety reasons:
- Customized items made specifically for the customer cannot be returned.
- Perishable goods cannot be returned.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
- Any item requested for return after the 7-day return window.
Please note that seasonal or Christmas items, clearance or heavily discounted merchandise, assembled or installed furniture, and opened bedding or textiles are final sale and non-returnable. Thank you for your understanding.
7. How to Initiate a Return
Please follow these steps to request a return:
- Check eligibility: Ensure your item meets the return conditions and is not on the non-returnable list.
- Prepare your details: Have your order number, full name, contact details, and a brief explanation of the reason for return ready.

Wait for return authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, share a Return Authorization with instructions.
Pack your item securely: Use the original packaging and include all accessories, tags, and the proof of purchase.
Ship your return: Send the parcel to the address provided in your return authorization.
Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted or processed.
8. Return Shipping & Fees
Return shipping is paid by the customer for all eligible returns.
- For domestic returns (within Lebanon), the customer is responsible for the cost of sending the item back.
- For international returns, the customer is responsible for the full return shipping cost from their country to our return address.
- Panda Boutique does not provide pre-paid return labels by default.
If you would like to request a refund or exchange, we can arrange a return pickup through our partner courier. Please note that the delivery charge for returns will typically be the customer’s responsibility. However, if the return is due to an issue on our side, such as a wrong item, defective product, or incorrect color, the return shipping will be covered by us.
9. Exchange Policy
Panda Boutique primarily handles exchanges through the return and store credit process:
- If you would like a different color, size, or style, you can return the original eligible item (within the 7-day window and under the conditions above).
- Once your return is approved and processed, you will receive store credit that you can use to place a new order for the item you prefer.
10. Refund (Store Credit) Processing Time
Store credit is issued after we receive and inspect your returned item.
- Inspection is carried out to confirm that the product meets all eligibility and condition requirements.
- Once approved, your store credit will be calculated after deducting any applicable restocking fee and non-refundable charges.
11. Special Notes
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged item or an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Regional and Seasonal Considerations
- This return policy applies to both local (Lebanon) and international orders, with the customer responsible for return shipping in all cases.
